My Christmas wish list for you

1.       Peace & happiness. It has been a tough couple of years since the pandemic started. I know many of you struggle through what should be a time to rejoice and enjoy. For some it is a difficult time of year for any or many reasons. I wish you find some peace and joy. This still stands even though it is three years later.

2.       Cherish the moments. How these words ring true, especially now. For those that haven’t seen their family in a long time, I wish you opportunities to have these special moments to cherish forever.

3.       The gift of time. I wish I could give you the gift of time, for that is one thing that is in short supply, even though it might not always seem like it. Make time last and give it your authentic presence.

4.       Celebrate the miracle of life. No one knows when their time on earth will be cut short, as has been proven these last few years. Celebrate it and treasure your good health.

5.       Enough. I wish you just enough.

 

 

In all the years I’ve been on this earth I have never had a winter Christmas. I know what to expect but I also know there is much that I’ll be surprised about. When you are packing in 34-degree Celsius heatwave, it is very difficult to imagine how cold it is going to be. Maybe it is the heat making me crazy, and you might think I’m crazy, but I’ve written my version of a parody of Twelve days of Christmas
